Ranged DPS minimum ilvl430 - Ny’alotha experience not necessary but certainly would speed up the raids

About us
We are a Horde Heroic raiding guild, that started killing bosses back in 2009 who have continued to raid through most of Cata, all of MoP, some of WoD, all of Legion and are now raiding BfA.

We’re a multi-national guild, with several British, Belgian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish members, And this one guy from Poland, but we don’t let him go outside much, he frightens the neighbours.

We are a mature bunch, some with families, busy jobs, and are looking to blow off some steam on our allotted raid nights. Drama free and active on discord throughout the week, we’re hoping to find like-minded adults to bolster our raid team and join in on the social side too.

Gear enchanted and gemmed for raid night. Experience isn’t explicitly necessary but it’d be nice if you could keep up with tactics as we go along. You aren’t going to get booted for not knowing something - as RL I’ll always take the time to explain something if you’re unsure.

We’re not exactly cutting edge, we’ll never do mythic, and we don’t clear heroic on the first or even the second raid lockout. We do enjoy the progress and stick it out for farm with whoever’s left standing as the patch drags on.

Specifically looking for ranged DPS now. Minimum ilvl of 430, please! Don’t need you to have too much experience in Ny’alotha but it’d certainly help as we don’t expect to be taking up raid time making sure you know what you’re doing. Still plugging away at Ny’alotha, offer is open again for any ranged DPS to join us on Thursday for our more laid back “farm” (it’s been a little messy recently, but still everybody is having fun) bosses. Min ilvl 430, gems & enchants required just as a basic courtesy to show some commitment. We’ll provide flasks if you’re there in time for cauldron, bring your own food and pots but not enforced.

Our raid size has gone above 15 now so we’ll probably be closing around the 20 mark while we take some time to consider our composition.
