Guild background
No Name is a Horde guild on Zandalar Tribe consisting of people who played vanilla or TBC together, most on the Bloodfeather server. The officers and some other players cleared all content in vanilla, so they know what’s ahead and how to get there.
Raiding schedule
At the time of writing, we have cleared AQ40 and All other content. People sign up each week for the day or days that suit them. We allow alts to sign up and join as well. On Wednesday, the officers make two balanced raids. We would like to continue to do split raids in AQ40 and BWL, as this provides flexibility and enables the guild to gear up faster. However more Players are needed to make 2x40 consistently happen without forcing players to sit out.
What are we looking for?
We have spots available for most classes but especially hunters, Priest and resto Shaman. Although class/build/gear can be a factor, attitude and culture fit are more important. We can also discuss being part of officer team if that is of interest, but that also needs to be the right fit (see ‘Philosophy’).
Philosophy
These days, all of us are in our 30’s, most with families and jobs that come first now. We are playing this game to have fun and book progress together. We don’t want to stress about using consumables and world buffs, (over)analyzing raid logs or loot allocation. Since many of us have much less time to play this game than 15 years ago, we think valuing each other’s time is very important. While there is plenty of banter going on during raids, we expect people to pay attention and focus when needed. Maturity and thinking the group as a unit is expected. Being selfish won’t get you far.
