My guild is currently lacking a lot of players to continue our weekly progression.
Instead of bothering with looking for new player week after week and always losing one main raider because theyre quitting the game I want to try something new.

If you have a guild desperatly looking for new people like i do maybe we could fuse our raid roster together in order to provide a weekly raid scenario. In theory i figured we could do it like this:
Your 10 best player + My 10 best player. A more precise constelation we can solve together.
Loottable we will have to discuss too.
I have currently 15 main raider which i will then sort out the way that we have at the end a perfect raid roster together + substitue player.
We are right now raiding thursdays + sundays 19:30-23:00 server time. But that can be changed.
I want this „project“ to be fair and equal to everyone participating in it in order to provide a nice environment to raid weekly together.
Afterall its all about fun.
