I’m not entirely sure how active they are these days, but there is the Orgrimmar Peon Union guild that just does Peon RP around somewhere.

The thread is locked due to a lack of forum activity but I know full well the people behind it are still active in-game, if not necessarily on their peons, and out there if you want to find other people who do Peon RP.
