Greetings my fellow and valued RPers of Argent Dawn and specifically of horde side and Silvermoon! it is I, Nare, your well beloved local merchant, smuggler and importer of goods exotic and faraway, here to unveil my newest initiative!
The Thalassian Artisan’s Guild is an OOC community I’m trying to set up to give a more centralised location for Artisan, Merchant, Traveller and social RP in general that happens in or around Quel’thalas. In an attempt to set up a rudementary system of supply and demand and to allow people to truly roleplay out their professions, such as being an enchanter or blacksmith, rather than having it as a sidenote of your character. “Oh yeah, I made this off-screen” no-more! Gather the reagents you may need for your newest project, get in touch with possible clients and merchants, roleplay with likewise minded individuals who enjoy to play out their artisanry, merchantry and faraway travels into their story!
To this goal, I have set up a discord server (https://discord.gg/SXsPvU4ftT) to try and gather up even a few interested people who are willing to partake in this initiative! Artisans (Blacksmiths, enchanters, etc), Artists (Bards, brewers, etc), Merchants, provisioners (Miners, herbalists, etc) and clients/social RPers are all most welcome to join! I will be looking into setting up artisan’s gatherings for those interested to talk about their crafts and newest projects. A centralised location to let others know you’ll be logging on to sell or create new goods and to draw in Roleplay to your own arts!

I hope your project is going great. As someone that loves rping my blacksmith and doing commission works IC, this really picked my intention. Although he isn’t working around Quel’thalas that much.
