[H-RP] The First Empire - Zandalar Forever!

A great deal has happened since An’geteb’s failure at Westfall and the disbanding of the Rastari Vanguard. A ceasefire with the Alliance and chaos beneath the shadow of Dazar’alor. Murdered bodies on the streets, attacks from the ocean by naga, cultists smuggling precious artefacts. Something had to be done about it.

So all of the trolls that once formed the Rastari Vanguard have gathered once more. Together, they have forged a new order for themselves, unbound by the bureaucracy of the Zanchuli Council, free to forge their own destiny.

And so the Dazari were born. The great Dazar led all of trollkind out of the swamps of Nazmir, and following his footsteps, this band of trolls is devoted to dragging the Zandalari Empire out of these dark days and into a new age of prosperity.

Only time shall tell what deeds they shall accomplish.

The First Empire is back on track, with a new IC organisation and its activity restored after a quiet period during September, the month of Classic. No matter how successful the newly formed Dazari are, fun times lie ahead, that’s for sure.

Our Uldum adventures have come to a close after a week of being surrounded by enemies from all sides. From mogu, to a criminal company, it took both the Horde and Alliance united to help protect Ramkahen and the citizens of Uldum from these threats. Not to mention the appearance of an all too familiar face- The Warbringer An’geteb- who once more escaped the clutches of the Dazari.

Big thanks to all the guilds and players who made the week really fun, it was a blast!

As for the First Empire, the Dazari are returning to Zuldazar after their victories to catch whatever rest they can and celebrate! If you’re looking to join, whisper anyone in the guild and they can direct you to one of the officers.

We are officially back in Zuldazar, and will be hanging here for a couple of weeks before our next adventure. If you are an ally of the Zandalari, feel free to pass by and share a couple of Mojo’ito’s with us!

A lot of activities are planned for later this month, so stay tuned to hear more.

I have been in this guild for a little over a month now, though I have been RPing with them on and off since something like July.

The thing that really struck me, upon joining, was the inclusiveness and friendliness of everyone in the guild. And the RP has been of excellent quality. People play very believable Zandalari and otherwise(ewww tribals) in The First Empire.

I think this is one of the best troll guilds on the server, from my perspective. At least so far.

OK, I posted it. Can you guys please let Nirue out of the box now? >:|

Despite the short lifespan of their order, the Dazari have already accomplished much.

Zandalari prisoners of war unjustly kept under lock and key on the prison island were liberated, after a fierce scuffle with the Tiragarde Brigade that kept them captive.

A journey into the sands of Uldum forced them to fight beside Horde and Alliance alike against the threats that dwelt there, from the encroaching aqir of Ahn’Qiraj to the mysterious Amathet emerging from their forge-tombs. It was there where they found the traitor An’geteb and put an end to his machinations. The former Warbringer escaped, but not for long.

While the rest of the Dazari returned home to Zandalar, it was the priest Chag’kal who remained behind and saw to the eventual capture of An’geteb. The fallen prelate was dragged back to shining Dazar’alor, where he was punished for his treachery. His name has been erased from Imperial records and the man himself has been reduced to a drooling shell, his mind and memories destroyed.

Having atoned for the failings of the Rastari Vanguard, the Dazari are free to forge a bright future for themselves. What further glory shall they attain?

A quick thank you to everyone who attended the Dunes of Madness campaign hosted by our GM An’geteb, and to the Tiragarde Brigade for the RP-PvP we enjoyed together at the end of October. Who said that peace-time has to be peaceful?

After a brief rest to recover from the campaign in Uldum, the First Empire’s kicking itself back in gear and we’re ready to make this month just as eventful as the last.

Waaah, what, what did he do?

He was responsible for a horrible failure of an assault against the Alliance at Westfall, after which he went AWOL, only to reappear as the ally/leader of an antagonistic bunch of mogu.

He turned his back on the Zandalari Empire and he paid the price.

Psst, don’t listen to them… It’s purely wicked slander. :triumph:

Funny thing is, Chag’kal’s emojis are quite accurate. There was a dagger and a head/brain in which it was plunged. And yet no death ever came. Instead, the traitor was reduced to something worse than a dead man…Or perhaps that’s a blessing in disguise? I still can’t decide, but I can only say…Praise Akunda! The power of the Loa always manages to infatuate me and the Zandalari are those trolls blessed and chosen by said Loa. If you want to roleplay one, the Dazari are probably the best current choice for zandalari roleplay right now. Next week, disturbances would reign over Zandalar once again…And the Dazari’s presence is requested in the sands of Vol’dun, where the worst of the worst criminals dwell. More information is to come soon!

Zandalari buys something from an orc and pays with gold.
Orc gives back 10 silver coins.
Zandalari stares at the silver coins in his hand.
“Silver? is this some peasant joke I’m too rich to understand?”

Bump for Zandalar.

Now that we’re in this new decade, we’re starting off with some activity - an event this Saturday(on the 4th) will mark the return of activity to the TFE RP scene.

Likewise! I’ve not had the pleasure of interacting with you guys yet but I’m eager to make another go at RP-PVP to properly set 2020 off to a great start!

The First Empire has successfully made landfall in Pandaria after the Tiragarde Brigade tried to force us off course. The war against the Mogu has begun, yet there is another threat lurking in the shadows, and ancient whispers affecting all sides…
