Why? If every roleplayer in a guild has a similar quality of RP / follows the same rules, the average level of roleplay will remain of the same quality if they’re five or five hundred as long as you maintain a system / officer team that can support providing content for a group of that size

Explain to me what your experience is - in running both large and small guilds - and let me know why you think the large guilds you have run have suffered - because I’m thinking the source is: " I run a small guild and my guild us really good "
