The Horde Gathering is an event that aims towards promoting rp between groups, guilds, and individuals. We are all more or less Horde affiliated, but the Gathering itself is not directly linked to the Warchief or the army.
We discuss various topics that concern our members, and coordinate our efforts be it to fight against a common enemy or to arrange friendly events together.
Everyone is welcome, either as an individual or as a representative for a guild.
We aim to post summaries of our weekly meetings in this thread in order to help people keep up even when they cannot participate!
The Horde Gathering 7/12
Present were Ryleen and Zul’tar from the Heritage of Zandalar (who were also acting hosts) and Ashwood, Crowfeet, and Val of the Rookery.
Topics discussed:
Alexius the death knight: No scouting has been done yet. The Gathering agreed that the best thing to do for now is to lay low and hope Alexius keeps focusing on Sang Real rather than the members of the Gathering.
Ticks in Zandalar: Zul’tar informed the Gathering about big ticks infesting Zandalar. They are a nasty little creature connected to the blood trolls and there might be money to be earned as a reward for hunting them. Ryleen will look into possible rewards for thinning their numbers.
Ning the barmaid: The pandaren has had a large debt unfairly thrust upon her and since she is well liked people have an interest in helping her solve the situation. The Rookery is looking into finding her goblin employer and having a “chat” with him about the issue.
Night elf civilians: The Gathering discussed the fate of certain night elf captives, and what might be done for them.
Tournament: The Gathering had a long and rewarding discussion on the topic of hexes, that ended with the idea of hosting a tournament with game and competitions during Winter Veil.
