[H-RP][Inquiry] Vulpera (-recruiting) Guilds?

Hello Argent Dawn!

After several months of abstinence from WoW, the announcement of Vulpera becoming a playable race in 8.3 reeled me right back in and reignited my desire for RP. So much so, in fact, that I decided to try a fresh start on a new RP-server with a Vulpera as my main character.

And while I’ve noticed that quite a few people seem excited for the Vulpera as well, I’ve yet to find any threads of either planned Vulpera-focused guilds or already-established ones that are open to them (or have I not looked hard enough?)

So I’d like to ask around - is there anything planned for our foxy new allies in terms of RP guilds? Any and all info is appreciated, whether it’s forum threads that I’ve overlooked, Discord communities etc.

Until then, only 24 days to go!

I know one that’s been set up in preparation, I’ll try to have one of them show their face and chat a bit here in this thread.

I have it from an inside ear, that the bilgewater battalion may or may not be open for vulpera

but don’t take my word for it.

Isn’t the Painted Shields also going to take Vulpera? Did I hear that right way back when?

It was being considered, and the thinking was most likely yes, when everyone assumed the zandalari would bring the vulpera into the Horde.

Now we know the lore it’s much less likely they’d fit in the shields.

The Family and Sixty Thieves will probably be taking vulpera as well, I suspect. I cannot speak for them.

Not quite sure if this is what Distantpeak mentioned since I can’t access the Discord link, but I advise you to join the Vulpera Hype Caravan on Discord, a big hub for Vulpera fans. There is furthermore a section dedicated to a RP guild for its EU playerbase, the Dust Scavengers. All are very friendly people!

Red Venturers will be taking in Vulpera, as we’re an all-races guild anyway, with a few members already quite excited about their planned Vulpera alts. I know I am!

But if you’re after a guild with a more decidedly Vulpera atmosphere then Bilgewater Battalion will be a good choice; since it focuses on a few choice races they can better explore racial identity.

Dust Scavengers is an upcoming Vulp-guild that I accidentally wandered into the Discord of! Oops. Still, the names I recognised there are all top notch folk so I’m sure they’ll be a massive hit! Can’t wait to see them around. :smiley:
