Hi guys 
Strange Loop are looking to push our member’s limits into end game content. Having been founded only 4 months ago as a reroll project, we have cleared HC EP and plan to continue pushing for Curve achievements as we go forwards into Shadowlands. We are primarily an evening guild best suited to late night players, as that’s when our events are hosted. However, we welcome anyone who wishes to join.
Our guild’s core values are that of democracy, mutual respect and inclusion. We aim to have everyone supported in being able to access content that you are interested in – whether that be IE, high M+ keys or raids. Strange Loop respects that our players have lives outside of the game and offers a friendly, relaxed community for your downtime, to play the content you want to play.
However - during our raid time, we want to be the best players we can be. Our raid time is Saturdays 21-2300 ST and we strive to clear content in a timely manner. Hardcore minmaxing isn’t necessary - unless that’s your thing. But we expect raiders to come prepared, know their roles and the fights, to respect the time devoted by all our raiders.
Anyone who is new to raiding or the game is welcome to join us - we will support you in developing your skill ready to join us in higher, endgame content and continue to educate throughout. As long as you are willing to learn - we are willing to teach.
That being said, our raid team would particularly like to recruit a tank to our roster. Please don’t feel this is a requirement though! As mentioned, we welcome all like-minded individuals.
Our expectations for members are:
- Be respectful and patient with other players, within the guild and without. Be mindful that the level of player knowledge and experience will vary greatly in this guild.
- Be active in the guild; get to know your fellow guildies.
- Be willing to learn and improve; you don’t have to spend every spare minute on Icy Veins and Raidbots, but you should be learning your rotation, stat priorities, etc.
- Come to raids prepared. That means on time, with appropriate consumables, and appropriate knowledge.
