We are 
Team Grumpy Monkey
A brand new raid team started to help you avoid crazy guilds and sanity-draining pugging while trying to get some heroic loot and a AOTC !
We start raiding today, and we will be adding in one more raid day to our raid-schedule later this weak (making us a 2 day / week raid team)
Short list:
- Heroic AOTC Community.
- We do not aspire to do Mythic.
- Need 1 healer (preferably monk / once we get one more healer aboard, we might take in more dps).
- Minimum age is 23.
- We have the guild Team Grumpy Monkey on Draenor, but as we are a HC community, you do not need to be in the guild to be part of our raid team .
- Raid days : Wednesday (20-23) and another date (20-23).
About Us:
The whole guild has intermingled relations since Legion Expansion with around 90% of the guild having multiple cutting edges under their belt. Having played together, at different times in different guilds, we have now come together making a simple AOTC raiding community without elitist and raging children.
We are not a community with a top down management structure, meaning that you are expected to partake in making this community a success. You are expected to be a grown-up, managing your time and respect other members opinions and time. Which as a minimum means voice your opinion and sign on/off to raids at your earliest convenience. Don’t expect a babysitter as we aim to get AOTC semi-early in the tiers.
We spend quite a lot of our time on discord out side of raiding, doing other stuff like work, m+, pvp and even other games 
Goal
Clearing Normal → Clearing Heroic (AOTC, and get 4 set on everyone).
Loot structure
As we are not gearing a fixed mythic 20’man team with a bench - people will retain their raid-spots even if out-geared. So helping each other gearing and passing loot to collect tier pieces is how we will get everyone more loot as we will be slaying more bosses and improve everyone’s vaults.
- Prioritizing putting tier on everyone
- Side grades would preferably be passed (trinkets excluded)
- People joining before the next 3 resets will be considered core.
- Core will have priority on finishing their 4 set.
- Loot priority on Offspec = Transmog
Raid Requirements
- For normal raid : be full epic (or super close to).
- Having watched/read boss-information in our VAULT RAID section on discord.
- Bring your own consumables (No 40k raid nights required, but phial, runes and food would be nice).
- Check your own logs, or ask for help.
- Be online 10-15 minutes before the raid starts.
Raid Rules
- Be positive.
- Be able to take constructive criticism.
- Ask if there is anything you are unsure about in regards to your or the team’s job.
- If you have a problem with rules, community members or loot, take it with the team before or after raid - never during.
Who we think you are
- 23 years old
- Preferably experienced raider (minimum 2 AOTC’s)
- Able to raid 2 days a week, and willing to be social on discord outside raid-days.
- Able to give and take constructive criticism
