The Maelstrom is recruiting for WoW Classic.
The Maelstrom is a guild with roots back to the early days of vanilla World of Warcraft on the realm The Maelstrom, a realm that had a thriving community cross guilds and factions. With players coming back to classic we found ourselves wanting to play with each other and for that reason we formed allowing us to do just that. Our history comes from guilds such as Apathy, Shadow Ryders, Rebuff, Hellion, DUSK and more of the early and prominent guilds on Maelstrom.
Our focus is primarily on PvE with the end goal being to beat Naxxramas meaning we’re in this for the long run. We have recently found ourselves looking to recruit a few more people to bolster our raiding squad and are primarily looking to recruit the following classes. However we will always consider excellent players of any class.

Our raiding roster consists of people primarily 28+ with family, careers and lives outside of WoW from all over Europe. With that said, we strive to hit a balance of serious but still fun raids meaning we want to clear content as fast as possible moderate amount of consumables while still allowing people to have fun. We are currently raiding Thursdays at 19:30, something that may be expanded on when later necessary. To distribute loot we’re using loot council as we believe it is the way to distribute loot for the best of the guild.
