In anticipation of Dragonflight we’ve decided to open up recruitment for our guild called Kittens Incorporated 
Kittens Incorporated is a casual social guild on Twisting Nether (horde), aiming to do keys + Normal/Heroic raiding in the new expansion. In Shadowlands we’ve mainly been focussing on keystones and normal fated raids. The guild is still fairly new, so we’ve mostly been busy building the guild.
A lot of our members have been playing together for close to two years now. We were not happy in our previous guild, so we decided to make our own one. Our biggest goal for the guild has always been to create a space where everyone can be themselves. There are no big obligations, you can play whatever you want to play (so not just meta classes), and you don’t have to raid if you just want to focus on keys. Just examples.
That said; this is still a social guild, so we do expect members to at least join us in some stuff. For example: feel free to pug high keystones, but make some time to help out guildies aswell if you have the time.
We’re not a big guild. Don’t expect 40 people to be online at the same time. Most nights we have like 5-15 people online at the same time. Not as much activity during the day, but often still people around to chat with. Honestly we prefer it like this. Because we’re a small-ish guild it’s easy to really get to know one another. It’s basically a second family, but then ingame. You can often find us on discord… doing keys/raids, or just to have a chat.
Noone is obligated to speak on discord, but whenever we’re doing keys/raids it’s kind of a must to be at least on discord to listen. It just makes it easier for tactics/etc.
Other than that we just have one requirement: no toxicity (of course constructive feedback is another story). Joke around all you will (most of us do, lol - also 18+ jokes fyi), but don’t go around talking sh-t about guildies; it’s just not who we are. If you have issues with another guildie it’s better to just contact an officer. We’re really casual and welcoming, but there’s a hard line when it comes to toxicity. Just something to be aware of 
When we raid we usually raid on Friday + Monday, but days for the new expansion haven’t been set in stone just yet. Raid times are usually from 20.30 to 22.45 server time. The rest of the nights are often filled with mythic keystones/timewalking/people doing their own stuff.
We’re hoping to find more kittens for our guild this way, we always love to meet new people <3
