Hi everyone,
i started 4 weeks ago leveling mainly Mage, Druid and Shaman on both factions on Sylvanas (Alliance) and Argent Dawn (Horde) and am now looking for a guild that has a relaxed, mature atmosphere with the opportunity to also play some higher keys and heroic raids at some point.
I switched from different games where i did mainly PVP (sometimes casually, back in the days a little more seriously, mainly SWTOR and EVE Online), but here i mainly want to give Mythic+ and maybe also raiding a go - a RL friend of mine plays mostly M+, he told me how fun it is and now i’m here.
So now i’m on my way to maxlvl my mage on Horde, but the class and spec i will play longterm is really not decided yet.
I am open to realm and faction change for the chance to play with the right kind of people.
I am 38 years old, rather social, i am definitely playing to have fun, but i also like to have a challenge, and i enjoy a little bit of theorycrafting and generally getting better at the game i am currently playing.,
I play almost every evening until 12-1am (if my GF doesnt tie me to the couch to watch a movie or the kitchen to make her dinner), i work fulltime.

Myself and my friend are setting up a new guild on Ravencrest. We are setting something up which allows to clear raids but at a fun pace without the usual guild pressure.
We’re all older players with work or family commitments so we will be playing mostly evenings/weekends.

We are currently looking for more people as we would like to extend our raiding team to be able to raid properly. Unfortunately we are having too many melee DPS that makes the encounters a bit harder, but we are eagerly working towards clearing Ny’alotha on Normal, and after that going to clear HC - we are on the Alliance side by the way.
This could be a perfect time if you are looking for such a team like us, as we are still at the beginning so a lot of people just started to get to know each other, and learning mechanics in raids and M+ runs too.

Strange Loop on Draenor [H] might be a nice place for you!
It’s a friendly, helpful bunch as we started as a reroll guild, so plenty of people within our numbers are either completely new to the game or new to their class/role. We got no problem with learners or helping others to learn.
We got a bunch of people, mixed ages, who are mainly late night players, so we’ll definitely be around until 12-1am to run M+ with you, or whatever content you fancy!
And we do raid, currently 11/12 Norm and 5HC bosses down, but we don’t take it too seriously. We raid once a week, Saturdays 21-23ST as more an opportunity to see content. Absolutely we wanna get Curve and clear the place, but we’re a guild that raids, not a raiding guild.
