My (other) account is hacked. Someone attached an authenticator to it so I can’t access it. I have submitted tickets but no replies. According to email the hacker has also bought in-game features such as character transfers. Please help me and resolve this quickly.
Your ticket make take 24-48 hours to get a reply with the current queue, so we would ask for some patience while waiting to be contacted.
If it has been over that period of time then you can submit a ticket from your current account to recover your other account. We can’t assist with Compromised accounts through the forums directly sadly.
It’s not a very fun experience when you see someone buying in-game features on my account. I don’t understand how they can have added an authenticator to my account without me receiving any mails about it. This is really frustrating and needs to fixed asap. I wish I could talk to GM directly through live chat.
You should’ve already been using an authenticator, then this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Adding an Authenticator is very straightforward once you have access to the account, and they attach one to prevent you from accessing it and kicking them off while they strip it and do their deeds.
It’s not fun we do understand, but rest assured we will be able to undo the damage they may have done using your ticket sent to us.
Live Chat won’t be open again until Monday now, but your issue should be resolved before then.
My ticket is marked as resolved. But I havent heard anything from Blizzard? The authenticator is still a problem. And I have no replies on my ticket nor no emails.
