I was watching videos on youtube and this one channel i watch regularly I saw something very upsetting. How can there still be people hacking WoW servers? Wtf Blizzard. How can a guy stay at 1 hp forever and not be killed? I heard of russians hacking in pvp but this is on a whole new level…

I remember someone posting a video of a demon hunter doing that 1 HP thing, but I can’t recall the explanation given for it.

‘‘good’’ pvpers in bgs also randomly interrupt you even though you’re not their target…another bot-addon …must be ok
If it’s in arena then a macro can easily do that, and in BG you can make a macro allowing you to interrupt a target under cursor.
Doesn’t have to be an illicit add-on, macros can do a lot of stuff to help you.

People are NOT hacking the Blizzard servers. Don’t spread such nonsense.
People may be exploiting bugs but that’s far from hacking.

They don’t even care about the massive level of premades, which runns both Random BG and Random Epic with preselected leaders - all speaking on Discord.
Nobody can remember when the last time was, that a Blue looked by the PvP/Battleground section of the forums - and people openly recruit for their premade community, spite it actually being a break of ToS (as it is a sort of cheat)
So why should they bother caring about people using interrupt bots or other hacks? 
At this point, I almost hope that the hacking takes a whole new high, to a level where they are FORCED to look into PvP lol

Well, they are not hacking WoW servers, they are hacking their WoW client.
A lot of the cheaters don’t know how to code and usually, they run third party software on their machines to cheat. And I don’t know if they still do it the same way they used to but back in the days, those software would change the data-mapping in the memory locally.
So let say you have a quest item that would prevent you from dying in a specific area in the game, they could extend that effect for them to not be restricted to that one specific area.
Anyways, cheating is cheating though. No matter how they do it.

Indeed.
The completely legal game-mechanic ‘focus target’ tends to be used quite a lot in macros.
People should try it, it can significantly enhance one’s ability to play… it does take time getting used to though.

By the way, when I went versus that 1 hp guy was the first time I was confused out of my mind in WoW.
I didn’t bother sending a ticket for him, though. I kind of found it interesting that someone was able to do that.
It might have been a GM as well just trolling me. I guess we will never know seeing as that character mysteriously got deleted and cannot be found via any WoW tracking site.

/target healer masked as skeleton behind walls surrounded by 20 players/npcs/cast/interrupt/cast fireball on random pet tab target
There are targeting addons where you can focus someone by just rightclicking them on the list of everyone in the BG. Or you could just mouseover focus them. The number of players and what kind of costume you’re wearing are completely irrelevant. Healer is a healer even if it looks like Thaddius.
You also can’t interrupt through walls that break LoS.
“Someone interrupted me without targeting” is not an indication of a bot program or a hack.

okay so its a case of bots playing game for players auto targeting the healers ok
How do you get “autotargeting” out of the notion of someone focus or mouseover kicking you at all?
Maybe you should look into how focus macros work a bit?
