Half of dungeon are leaving by someone

Blizzard’s reaction one day ?

Dungeon leavers get a 30 minute lockout for leaving matchmaking content.

If this concerns Mythic, this is formed at will through player groups and they may leave at any time, akin to raiding and so on. The exception is if they’ve stated in chat they want to grief your key, but there needs obvious proof for that not mere assumption or straight up leaving.

Blizzard did comment they’ve discussed it internally.

Blizzard must permit entering dungeons only for players that are using special keyboards with handcuffs! And chair with built-in toilet!! No AFK allowed!!!
Or what reaction do you expect?

If this is about the 12+ keys you’re running right now, I thought those levels don’t give extra rewards, so there’s no point finishing them if it looks like you won’t be able to beat the timer? Or is this about something else?

Most likely they’re only interested in the drop off a particular boss.

That being said, “special drops” I wish Blizzard you place on the final boss… like the necklaces in Vaults raid to trade for a mount - tanks are ALWAYS leaving after Terros, the first boss of that LFR wing.

I haven’t looked it up, but probably like every season every keylevel higher than +10 (+20) has a chance to reward an extra item.

Players have been leaving and deserting dungeons half way since day 1 of wow.

It is a people issue.

Fuzzy handcuffs please.

They already did
They changed m+ so mythic is harder and get you better loot without timer so there is no need to leave

I done atleast 25 or 30 m+ sofar
I done everything between a 4 and a 7.
Sofar not once was there someone who left.
Maybe in the higher keys 10+ people leave because its going to be out of time.
People who only do m+ for score wont stay if its out of time.

We just need a 7 day deserter debuff on leavers preventing him entering any instances (dungeon/raid/bg/arena) until next week.

That wont work people just gone afk inside the dungeon or hs out and stay in the group.

Only if people playing bad get banned from the game for throwing a key.

Didn’t interrupt the group wiping ability? Everyone that had interrupt ready gets banned.

Rescue healer into death? Banned.

Dying with all defensives ready as tank? Banned.

You’re right, but I disagree.

If finishing the dungeon isn’t worth the effort, the game design has a problem.

In normal, heroic and levelling dungeons via dungeon finder tool you can leave after killing the first boss without getting dungeon deserter if you ignore the 15 minute timer that you get when entering the instance.

If u leave game in solo shuffle u can get banned.
Why is it not the same in mythic+ ?

See this is where the problem lies, people often leave your key even though it’s still timeable.

Most of time its not though.

If people fail on Simple mechanics early in dungeon its more then likely they will fail on mechanics later on too

Staying in those keys is nearly always waste of time .

AV+7 last week we wiped on first boss twice. Then we pulled our shirts :tshirt: together and we managed to time it with 3m on the timer left. It was a pug.
Ulda+8 as well: wipe on last boss and still timed with a minute to spare (and the timer was the old one, not the one buffed recently)

Sometimes people leave perfectly timeable keys, instead of learning and push themselves.
You’re not a good player: good players try to get better and better, not leaving at the first defeat. You’re not a hero, you’re just a leech. (Not you specifically :stuck_out_tongue: but those pugs)
