Since we have consecration abillity base with blade of justice , it will be nice if you remove the restriction to use hallowed ground pvp talent while we have divine hammer also.
This restriction was a dragonflight restriction because divine hammer was replacing consecration, but now if you have divine hammer ,blade of justice still casts consecration. there is no reason for the pvp to be inactive anymore in compbination with divine hammer
