Well, as the title says - the Special Assignment in Hallowfall “A Pond of Cure” does not appear in the map (or is active) for any character. It only appear as a quest when I click on a flight master’s path to fly to somewhere - then I can see it in the map but that’s it.
Tried relog, restart, game repair, flying in and out of the zone, with both types of flying - no result. Anyone with the same problem?
Do you have any addons that might be interfering?
Do you see the progress bar when you fly to the spot?

As far as I can see, that quest is (mostly?) actually in Azj-Kahet, but according to this comment
The Cave coordinates 49.7, 57.3 are actually coordinates for Hallowfall, since the cave is technically in Hallowfall and not Azj-Kahet.
I think he means a cave where a quest boss is. I’ve done that one many times, and never knew about a quest boss. TIL.
I tried without addons - same result.
That’s the weirdest thing - it doesn’t show in AK either. However you are right, the tooltip does says it’s actually a Azj-Kahet Special Assignment.
It’s even weirder as my friends can’t see it either. Will check and will come back later to share the outcome.

It shows “Complete 3 World Quests in Azh-Kahet to unlock” in RED, which means you have not completed 3 quests there, so you have not unlocked it.
You need to complete 3 WQ there before it is available for you.
Well, the quest appears on the map only after completing 3 World quests in Azj-Kahet and the name is Bombs from behind.
The game is buggy as hell.
