After looting the Clammer’s Pry Bar, the clam disappeared. Seems not to be the only person. On wowheads under Clammer’s Pry Bar comment section are multiple players who reported the same issue

I had that same issue but it appeared for me later and I could loot it. Not sure if that is intended or not, but just come back after a while or reset for now.
