The 1st boss in Halls of Atonement dungeon (Halkias ) is bugged.
This is my 2nd key where this bugs oneshots the WHOLE group.
The bug is that when he does his abiliy called “Refracted Sinlight” the animation stops/doesn’t start. All 4 beams stay stationary and noone knows where we should dodge. The animation doesn’t do anything but the damage still “spins” it’s just invisible… oneshotting everyone.
Anyone else had this same issue? It’s so frustrating. Like, with tyrannical, when this happens when the boss is on low health we waste SOO many time and there is nothing anyone can do againt this. This dungeon is a lottery now. If it bugs your key is done and ppl leave, if this doesn’t bug then you have a chance to time the key…
There is also another bug in Plaguefall, when you jump down to last boss you can get DC, and u cannot log back in until the key is ongoing ^^… thanks again… broken key…
I feel like we are playing a game which is still in beta phase.
We got the same bug just now on a +10 key. Its so disrespectful of Blizz to make M+ this high stakes part of there game and then have it F-up from random buggs and glitches. If you can’t make your game work, then let us reset the key and don’t lose the current lvl of the key!
This happens when Halkias changes target or orientation during his spin up for the beam cast. The workaround seems to be to keep him exactly at the same spot during the entire windup and 1-2s before.
We also had this problem multiple times until our tank started doing this.
The actual issue here is that the visual of the beams desynchronizes with the damage zone of the beam, so you think you’re standing in a safe spot but in actuality are hugging the damage zone. This has been known since beta.
