Halls of Infusion Containment Beam

This skill is ridiculously overtuned, the damage as well as the frequency with which it is cast and especially the targeting. 3 Beams on one target - gg. You cc it, as soon as the mob is out of cc, it will cast it again, like NONSTOP. 3 ticks of the skill and you’re dead, let alone when several casts are aimed at you, which happens quite often.

Definitely needs a tuning pass, even without bolstering this absolutely melts players, and it’s cast extremely frequently.

Yeah, I definitely felt it when running the place earlier. I tried to chain CCs to it (Thundershock, two Capacitor Totem hits, Sundering), but that just delayed the inevitable.
