I noticed that when i’m casting Hammer of Light, it doesnt reset and it let’s me use it again and again as long as i generate 3 holy power. It resets to Eye of Tyr after awhile but i couldnt cast it multiple times before. Is this a bug? I’m abit confused

No, it’s actually intended just that blizz never mentioned it in recent hotfixes.
The skill clearly says that you will have HoL after WoA for 12 seconds. It never said it’s a one time use.
Even with full HoL spam on 5HP, it barely gets on par with Herald, and this is pure single target. I love Templar and I think it fits Paladin theme just so much better. I enjoy the bug fix and have been slapping some cheeks in PvP. I usually get like 3-4 HoL in those 12 seconds, depending on some luck on generating 5HP.

Yes, you can giga spam it with divine toll and such.
Ultimately it still performs worse than herald, but it’s cool.
It was a bug and it just got fixed. It’s not recastable anymore.

If it was a bug there is literally zero reason to play Templar lol.
