Hand of Divinity Talent for Holy Paladin is Absolutely Useless - Needs Rework

Hello fellow Holy Paladins,

I want to discuss the Hand of Divinity talent. It is currently absolutely useless and is unfortunately paired with Divine Favor (which has no alternative).

Key issues with Hand of Divinity:

  1. Requires a 1.2s cast time (instead of being instant when you urgently need extra healing).
  2. The buff (for 2 empowered Holy Lights) lasts only 18 seconds — this is too short to realistically use both Holy Lights.

This talent needs a complete rework. It has no effective use in any build right now.

My suggestions:

  1. Remove the cast time and GCD (even if the cooldown is increased to 2 minutes). It should be an emergency button — when you don’t have Holy Shock available, you press it and get 2 instant, empowered Holy Lights when needed. The cast time makes it impractical.
  2. Extend the buff duration to 30–45 seconds to give enough time to utilize both Holy Lights.

It’s played in pvp.
The talent is fine I think. Extend the buff is a good idea though with the nerf of infusion proc on the ptr.
And also Divine favor got nerf kinda so it will increase the value of hand of divinity.
