Happy early Ramadan!

Look at all the beautiful burkas! Shocking.

Who would’ve known a Middle Eastern country can look like this. I’m shocked!

As indicated by the statement “subject to deletion”. That doesnt mean stuff will be deleted the moment it doesnt align with the forum guidelines and is up to the mods discretion. Otherwise it guidelines would state “subjected to deletion”

Is there something about people with extremely high forum post counts and having fried brain cells?

This post breaks the rules. Factually. The ToS is freely available to you. You can do all the mental gymnastics to convince yourself it is associated with the game, it is not.

And this ‘but the mods reinstated it’ logic is horrific. If every single action that breached the ToS was disciplined, there’d barely be anybody left.

Anyway, removing myself from the discussion. This blatant refusal of facts and common sense is actually insane. To be expected I guess

wow… that’s just rude.

It is not associated with the game correct. It also is against the forum guidelines correct. However the mods thus far are making use of the meaning of the phrase “subject to deletion” which allows them to ignore said guidelines for whatever reason.

More a lack of you understanding english really.

Considering just a few seconds ago you mentioned all the women wearing Burkas I doubt you know anything about us either.

By the way my sister doesn’t wear Hijab,
she walks everyday in the streets alone waking her pet dog and is perfectly fine.

There you go. It breaks the rules. Factually. This is the main point.

Exactly. The mods are exercising a discretion. Proving my entire point that the mods aren’t even following the rules of the platform, probably out of fear of being labelled ‘Islamophobes’ as already alluded to in this thread.

So what you are trying to say is that the forum guidelines are useless, and you cannot know whether your post will be deleted or not, because it entirely depends on whether the particular mod that looks at it likes it or not.

Splendid moderation! :+1:

If we had any proper moderation you would not be here spamming the same stuff over and over again and mentioning Quran quotes

Or all the trolls mass liking the comments

Or all the alts that stole our character names to troll.

But let’s not go there.

:woman_shrugging: I have an Aunt, British born Catholic, who married a Muslim man and spent 30-40% of her time in an Islamic country, she was fine, was never forced to wear a head covering and was treated with utmost respect and dignity by her husband and his family.

You know nothing.

Which mod would delete the thread you would never find out. Also they would have to delete every religious post if they start with one. Dont see that happening.

A: You must be new here

B: Welcome to every forum in existence.

Quran quotes are very offensive, I agree.

Still relevant :kissing_heart:

If we had proper moderation nobody would be here explaining a simple concept to you as the post would have been removed due to it being a factual breach of forum conduct

Which specific mod it is would be irrelevant, as the action of banning/removing would be directed to Blizzard as a whole.

Yep, again probably out of fear of offending. It is less controversial to remove threads with sport related titles than religious ones that have a ‘nice’ meaning, despite both factually being a breach of forum conduct. As I’ve already said at the start, it should all be banned.

I have a friend who is Half British and his mum doesn’t wear a hijab either.

I wonder if we know the same person :eyes:

Anyway. Thanks Afenton. You are great.

Edit: actually majority of my female cousins ( between the ages of 20-38) dont wear hijabs. We are very open minded about it and if you visit our family gatherings you would be surprised by how our family are. They wear these beautiful colorful dresses with gold and silver accessories that look like something from a High elven fantasy game.

I would invite all of you during one of our family gatherings in Ramadan but I can’t trust strangers online, if this thread is any indication.

But trust me, it’s beautiful.

Imagine saying “You are a r=pist and a homophobe” instead of “Congrats” to a representative of any religion on their holy day? I doubt your grandpa would be happy if you called him “a sexist slave owner” on Xmas day…

It depends on the post you are about to make. A simple “hey people, have a great championship!” is not the same as “today i bought a new ball”. Just look at the rogue guy over here - I’m neither muslim nor religious, yet even I can literally smell the bile he’s sputtering all around because “I DONT HATE ISLAM BUUUUUUT…” Just… I can’t. I just can’t wrap my head around someone being that sour. Karen mode at its finest.

I called no one such names. I criticized the core principles of the Quran. Learn to read. There is nothing wrong with opposing an ideology. Just because it is categorised under a religion, and has a large number of followers, it does not make it immune to criticism.
