Peon day would be perfect with Stormwind as a host for the festivities. It would give the whipped peons a nice vacation and opportunities for cultural exchange.
I dont think we will ever get this holiday because we are not that kind of orcs anymore. 
The vendors are there. You can buy your Sparkler transmogs.
