Happy Pride month, Argent Dawn! 
Letâs all take a moment to remember what this month is really for: the fight for acceptance and the right to be respected and exist as an LGBTQIA+ person.
In many corners of the world this is still a thing that gets people into all sorts of trouble, sometimes even resulting in their tragic death, so letâs do our best to keep our realm an inclusive place where we all feel like we can fit in, find our people, and enjoy the game to its fullest.

Argent Dawn and online roleplay itself is and has been a place where countless young, self-questioning people have been able to explore themselves and get a better understanding of who they want to be. Iâm one such person (even if I donât feel so young anymoreâŚ)
Long may it continue and long may we keep the bigots out of our spaces.

Agreed! It was my experiences on Argent Dawn, and my supportive guildmates, that helped me, back in the day, to embrace myself, cast away the shame, and stand up to my conservative parents.
Itâs a very wholesome community that proves thereâs good in the world, and itâs worth protecting.

I am glad that the AD forums are at least a rather LGBTQ+ friendly space (nowadays, at least?). Canât say the same for other WoW forums. Proud of yâall too x
AD is a breath of fresh air compared to alot of other places.

Even General Discussion seems somewhat friendly, though Iâve got no real comparison point for it. Yeah thereâs one or two folk kicking up a stink because âOH NO THERE IS A RAINBOW IN MY GAMEâ but for the most part the reception there seems positive.

GD is a mixed bag, plenty of names there I canât imagine wanting to hurt someone, but also plenty of those who would go stretched legs with their arguements like theyâre argueing against the existance of an object rather then a person

Unfortunately, to many people (especially âcounter-cultureâ regressives in the gaming community) we arenât considered people worthy of the same basic dignity and respect as others (i.e. people in their own, ânormalâ demographic). Weâre dehumanised and reduced to misleading statistics.
Itâs one of those reasons why being loud and proud about who we are is an important trend to maintain within spaces like Argent Dawn and roleplay.

I havenât been here for very long, but Iâm so appreciative of how accepting and friendly the community is. I feel so lucky to have made such kind, supportive friends. Thank you for letting not just my character be herself, but me too.
