I got every item slot at least 636, still the achievement is not activating, and the upgrade cost of items on alts is still 15, which is freeking frustrating. Reported the bug since 2 days, and got a confirmation of the GM’s that its a bug, but 0 response for my bug reports, which is kinda… not cool.
The same for me, I just reach at least 636 in each slot and I didn’t get the achievement 
I am in constant conversation also in ingame ticketing system with the gm-s. But they cant fix it :D. The devs can but apperently you have 0 possibilitys to reach them. The best advise i got to make multiple bug reports, and a post in the forum, which is ridiculous customer service that you cant reach someone actually potent, and you wont have any response on your claim.
