I am not a raider myself, I’ve only raided once and that was in BFA even tho I’ve played since late MoP.
So my question is, what is the hardest boss of shadowlands that you have fought so far into the expansion? (Not counting world bosses or Dungeon bosses)
The vault by far. Only boss that hurts me every week regardless of how much gear I have.

definitely Fatescribe. maybe not the most hardest but the most annoying one.
Fatescribe was by far the most annoying, was the hardest boss for my guild on HC.
The rune rings sometimes were bugged i swear.

the story is hard to follow.
I found a lot of the damaging blobs in that fight extremely hard to see. As a healer, I need to focus my sight on health bars, so I need to be able to see stuff that needs to be dodged with my peripheral vision. Those white/grey/black blobs in the Fatescribe fight were basically invisible to my peripheral vision.
The hardest boss in every expansion is the Elevator Boss, kills more players than all other bosses combined and it never dies.
Some stuff in general it’s very hard to see.
The black cleave from xymox in the new raid is such a cluster **"""""’ to see.
Even with player effects turned down to essential.
SLG pretty annoying and a pain in the butt.
Painsmith was kinda hard being punished by small missteps.
But just looking at Halondrus unnerfed looks like a beast.
All of Sofo looks much harder than any other comparable Bosses in the other Raids this Addon so far.

Here I am not actively raided since Karazhan was relevant because all the story in the raids is whack.
Just ignore all story related stuff in WoW and you’ll be a lot happier. The current raid has really cool bosses, so maybe give them a try on LFR. And read the Mythictrap guides if you don’t know what’s happening.
I did go on LFR, only to pick up the mount schematic after haldron. Seemed easy enough, I just stood in stuff and died so I could AFK while people fixed the kills for me.
I’m going to go few days into the future and says Halondrus on mythic. The crab looks like a mechanical nightmare.
