Hardware capability

Hello there.
For me it is really serious. So please, help!
Right now, I need to do a cheap upgrade. And one of good options for me is MacBook Pro 15 2012 (i7 + 16 Ram + Nvidia GT650M 512Mb).
I know, it is really old, but there are a lot reasons why should I pick this model.

Who have pretty the same laptop? Who have any experience playing on this model?

I am not hardcore gamer, I want to get back to WoW and do some quests read lore, farm reputations, that`s all. Will I get like 30 - 40 fps with these specs for single playing on 1-3 graphics settings?

I know, these specs officially do not supported, but…
Thanks!

Not sure if you’re still looking for advice, but 've been playing on Lenovo Y500 laptop for years. It had i5+8gb ram, and they managed to squeeze TWO 650Ms into it. Unfortunately, that does not mean it was twice as efficient, may be something like +20-30% at most (+ all the glitches that come with SLI). The most recent games I had to play on it were Mass Effect Andromeda and Dishonored 2 (2017, the laptop is from 2012). The FPS varied, with ~40 as a median.

WoW is known for its flexible system requirements, and while you won’t get “all high” settings, it will definitely going to work. So, I say - if that’s your only option, then go for it, life is too short not to play video-games waiting for an upgrade.

That GPU is too old - I doubt it’s still supported by manufacturer also is drivers available for GPU?
