Harmonic Gambit + Rushing Wind Kick fix when?

This combination has not been working since the inplementation of the talents. Harmonic Gambit works with Rising Sun kick to procc the damage, but when you replace Rising Sun Kick with Rushing Wind Kick it no longer works.

Can this be fixed before next expansion?

EDIT: Apparently it works now, some stealth hotfix or something
