Why have you made it so hard to get tier set on both pvp and pve gear? literally awful design
you have like 8 charges of catalyst by now, how many you need?

Stop bro, I have almost 5 toons with full raid set.
You basically just level a toon, run some delves and Nerub-ar Palace, then you can use the catalyst to upgrade the champion gear…
