It seems for the past 2 days harvest golem set pieces are no longer dropping for me, but I do not yet have the set complete, and the Hallows End event is still live.
Did I miss something that they were not going to be available for the duration of the event but only for the first half, or is this a me-loot problem that nobody else is experiencing?
The hand and back pieces are bought from the event vendor outside the gates of Stormwind.
Correct and I already have those
Unfortunately, there is no vendor for the head and chest pieces which are the ones not dropping, leaving me with an incomplete set no matter how many times I run the event boss.

I found the solution…
I had completely forgotten that I had done the event day 1 and 2 on rarely played alts, and they still had the pieces in their bags… so OFC I couldn´t loot them a second time
