One of the Sunken Temple loot items featured in the Phase 3 Preview video (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDRuPJkGp_I&t=276s) was a trinket called Atal’ai Blood Ceremony (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/item=220619/atalai-blood-ceremony). Since seeing the preview I have wanted to get the item, however I have been unable to find any information on how to get it. I would assume it is a drop from the raid, but neither Wowhead nor Atlasloot has the item listed on any loot tables. Has anyone seen the item drop so far or is it possible that the item was scrapped in development?
