Has the NPC to hand in cloth for rep. been removed?

As i lack around 7k rep with Stormwind i decided to go get me some rep. but to my surprise Clavicus Knavingham is no longer at his spot in Stormwind

Might be old news but did blizz remove these npc´s to turn in cloth for rep?

Just grab the SW tabard and run heroic Botanica

Maaaany years ago. Do as said above now.

Do Sethek Halls, you might get the Raven Lord Mount.
It’s roughly 2k per run. so four goes will get you the 7k rep with a small chance of a mount too.

I did do Botanica runs - gave roughly 3.7k rep. per run
