So I have 492 haste (14,91%) and 1,7 frostbolt cast time… how much till 1,6 from that?
It’s not worth going to a 1.6 cast time, put it into vers instead. Your Frostbolt will do more damage and you will take less damage.
The lower your cast goes the higher the haste requirement scales and once you’re at 1.7 you gain less out of getting a 1.6 cast time than you would putting it into vers.
Also, seriously. Stop using Adaptation, it’s unbelievably bad. You’re Horde so use the Medallion.

And use a phone or calculator or whatever. Not like it’s a complicated equation, the only unknown is haste, tsk tsk tsk. The entire concept of exaining something to people is so that they can use it themselves.
Sigh. Sigh. Sigh. Anyway. You need 25% haste to get to 1.6s on Frostbolt. The UI will display 1.6 with a bit less Haste, as you will see 1.6 written from 1.64s and down. Just like with your Haste your cast time is actually 1.74s but it shows 1.7s.
