Dear WoW team, for weeks and months I see what has become of the game. It has become a pure selling boost game. Back then, it was now. What does it originally have to do with the game? I like to play the game and often think about leaving it, don’t think I’m the only one. It allows certain players and guilds to break the game. I remember times when it was hard to create something. My concern, like many players, I also think it will ban even 6 months ban for boost or selling kills. As I said, this is the same as offered, just that you intervene in the game mechanics. Let’s remember that what makes gold with it selling it on websites? Google says it all, writes boost and gold… more than 20 providers. So Gold Seller in the end. Do what please, all day we read boost/last kill/ selling, it annoys more and according to your terms we also have right doing what
Blizzard has said time and time again that Selling boosts for gold ain’t against the rules.

Boosting has been a thing since vanilla and there are certain addons you can use to filter out the trade chat.
The way they play the game and use their gold has no effect on your game experience at all. Man up

but spamming the trade channels with several low level chars all day is pretty annoying

They need to advertise somehow and since its a trade, trade chat is the place. As said before, there are number of addons that can help u with this.
I advertised for years and trust me its not fun as the advertiser either, the ammount of stupidity you encounter in whispers is insane on a daily basis.
There is also a big difference between random pugs coming together with 1.4K rio to form “boost” groups and advertise without providing any sort of feedback to ensure you are in good hands and people who dedicate lots of hours into it, making discord servers and such to collect feedbacks from previous and returning buyers for a various ammount of boost runs, types. It can be a fun thing if done in a proper way, collecting information in a spreadsheet, tracking everybody to ensure everything goes fine, recruiting boosters, checking their experience and how well they can communicate with customers.
So please, dont take random groups as an example.

1 thing to hate boosters and buyers ( i dont like them too) , but to whish them a deadly virus is a bit too far…
This is not accurate. If a person that isn’t very good at the game buys M+ and Heroic raid boosts to pad out their instance history in the Armory/Rio/wowprogress/whatever, there is very little means of vetting that person left and that person will find their way into M+ or raid pug groups they have no business being in due to their actual skill level and will ruin runs, wasting large amounts of multiple people’s time and therefore affecting their game experience.
That being said, the bottom line is that boosting people through content has been going on since the game started, is going on now and will be going on in the future because there is no practical and effective way to police it.
What a bloody pathetic train of thought, wanting people to potentially die from a virus over a game.

they only allow this is because they want a way to sell tokens, and their excuse for you is that “boost can be allowed with gold” when i would assume most players don’t know or bother on making gold, they just buy tokens from the shop and sell it for gold, than get boosted, which means it is pay to win
you think those lazy players who didn’t bother to play the game themselves would bother to farm gold ? give me a f…ing break
They should have their own channel and get reported if they spam in general.

And what about those 13 years Before Tokens were a thing?
Probably they use new accounts bought from the wow tokens they make to spam. Would be nice if they silence not only the lvl 1 but the whole Gall/syl/whatever communities aka the boosters. Maybe that would send a message.
Well, if you invite someone who done keys only on easy weeks, that sounds like a you problem. Same with raid bosses, if you don’t have good logs, you shouldn’t have a spot in decent raids.
I have to disagree with you on this, there are plenty of easy ways to check if someone is boosted or not.
They can take action against those selling boosts for real money in game, they can’t take action against a third party website that isn’t breaking any laws.
Guilds, individuals or organisations selling boosts for gold are not breaking the rules though.
Most of those organisations make money out of it aswell, everyone who has some sort of knowledge about boosting knows this, they just use Discord and such to talk about $$$.
If you mention money ingame, yeah, you deserve the ban for the stupidity.
If it’s not mentioned ingame, Blizzard can’t use chats that happened on Discord or any 3rd party chat, website to take actions.
