Team Red is a long term 2 day a week raiding guild based on Defias Brotherhood.
Although we want to have fun while raiding, we take our progression raids seriously.
That means come raid ready with a positive focus and a team mentality. We are very much a team whose aim is to push and try to achieve our goals in the time frame that we have available and also be part of a positive community where friendships can be made.
If you feel you have the right to call out others yet excuse your own mistakes then we will not be the place for you.
We are a safe place and will maintain our stance of keeping toxicity out of our community.

Requirements
► You are responsive and aware during raids.
► Gearwise you are ready to make your way through the content we are
currently progressing.
► You know your class, from the inside out and have a strong knowledge of
game mechanics.
► You are a quick learner.
► You take feedback for what it is - A chance to improve and get better.
► You show up with a teamwork attitude, do your best to help the team be
it’s best, and encourage your fellow raiders to use their characters to
their full potential.
► You need to be able to familiarize yourself with raid encounters quickly and efficiently, as well as be able to understand instructions well and adapt quickly to changing situations. If you do not watch Boss Guides and check logs to maximize your toon to the best of your ability before each fight that tells us you are not coming prepared and that you are not interested in raiding.
► It’s very important to bring a positive attitude. We can excuse the odd shout out here and there but when told to shut up we expect you to shut up. Toxic, Negative, Elitist attitudes are not welcome here. So if we are wiping a lot on a boss and you don’t like wiping then we are not the Team for you.
►You keep up to date with the content e.g M+/Vault/Rep/Crafted Items etc
► You can attend both of our raid days consistently.
