Used my Dinar on this trink as I already have Jailer Dagger,offhand and Cabalist
Just wanted something and fun to play around . I presume it has a big dmg potential in m+ and if you are running with Dreadstalkers lego you can time the big buff with your Tyrant every 2 min?

The Jailer doesn’t drop a dagger, I assume you mean Antumbra, from Rygelon. That dagger isn’t that good, unless you can get it at mythic level. It’s only a minor upgrade at an equivalent item level.
Scars does seem really good once it gets rolling. I see people in dungeons using it and just never popping the final blast. The secondary stat gains are just that good since it got buffed. Not sure about raids, though.
