The question is kinda weird. There is NPC Skar’this the Heretic in Slave Pens (Heroic). It’s a naga in a cage near the pool you jump down of the bridge. Skar’this has 2 quests: The Mark of Vashj and The Cudgel of Kar’desh. The quests can be accepted at 70 lvl only. At 71+ they’re unavailable.
I’m trying to figure out if it can be accepted during Timewalk BC because the level downgrade to 70.
So the question. Have you seen the exclamation mark above Skar’this during Timewalk Burning Crusade?
No = in fact I don’t think it exists at all anymore - there are a number of quest givers in Old Silithus that send you to an area that has been remodelled and the quest target is no longer there.
I’ve been running through all 3 instances in Coilfang a lot to pick up the classic reputations to exalted and there are a number of defunct quests Blizz need to tidy up.
I might be wrong now, but that quest if I recall was part of an attunement quest, though I can not rember wich of them it was.
