I’m having fun playing WoW… Something may be wrong with me. I logged in to do some questing and general WoW activities… and I had… fun! I didn’t feel my usual negativity, that feeling of “Oh, well, it used to be better than this”. I just logged on and had fun.
I may need to set up a Doctor’s Appointment.

I had fun doing some of Abyss Anglers stuff, will finish it all this weekend. Nice refreshig change from smashing everything or scanning LFG to do some group content.
To be fair, I’m having fun just progressing this guy (havent really played a huge amount, hence why I’m still doing T4 delves and low ilvl of 220). Enjoying it more, since I made the decision to stay away from group content and play solo.

I thought the same. What in the world is this expansion? Running around doing chores with a smile on my face? Yikes
How tf is this even possible? I have 12 kids and 4 jobs and even i have moved well beyond that.

The gameplay parts are in a good spot, I think most criticism for this expac is the story and its pacing.

After reaching max level I was in a bit of a rut for a while.
But since getting some decent gear, content feeling less spongy, it’s more fun.
I’ve even slowly began to do some quests in Voidstorm - Not too many, mind you… I’m taking on that zone at a very slow pace.
I’m still not at the highest renown with most factions (only the Que’thalas one at the moment), so I’m doing WQs here and there but most of my rep comes from just doing delves now.
I do wonder what it’ll feel like once I’m done gearing. Because I still don’t have an interest in leveling an alt and such.
Anyway, overal I think the game’s in a pretty good spot; it’s just the negativity from a part of the community that’s dragging things down a bit for me. Maybe I should just not visit the forums anymore.

Though there are things I’m not a fan of (the story, and Pet battles winding down) I’m overall having a good time. The housing gives me satisfying long-term projects to work towards, feelings of accomplishment when I get all the resources together for my builds, and social activity by exploring/sharing builds with others.
I think it can be easy to lose sight of what we do like, when we focus on the things we wish were improved. Good on you for embracing the joy and sharing it with the world!

I think that’s the only part i’ve had an issue with, and there have been side stories i’ve enjoyed , and even characters such as Zul’jan who I rather like.
But the main stuff… yeah… I would have thought the whole darkwell thing would’ve stuck around longer!
