Mousewheel up: target my partner.
Mousewheel down: target myself.
Mouseovercast for repentance.
These three macros have made my arena experience much more fluid, as I no longer have to switch between me and my mate by clicking.
Try it!
You can use target binds and its help you react even faster than before. And u just have to preff button . You can make ur gameplay more complex and and u can watch out for more mechanic .
@ncro care to share your keybinds? im pretty set on everything but the target party members/arena members, just cant get out of the clicking raid frames habit...need to get it off i think as its limiting my reaction times sometime.
For 2v2 I feel that my scroll macro works well for targeting me and my partner. However, when targeting the enemly player I will soon try to make some target macros for HoJ and Rep aswell as some BoP macros for even quicker reaction times. How do people have room for it, though? That's another 5-6 buttons I have to use. Any tips?

If ur mouse have less button , i recommend f1,f2,f3 for targeting party members

Also pro trick is that if your mouse have let's say 2 buttons at side you can bind them as for example ctrl and shift so it's easier to press buttons that woudl break your fingers like for example ctrl+b.
Mousewheel up target my partner
Mousewheel down target myself
!@#$ our third anyway what has the third guy ever done for me

Mousewheel target change is a horrid suggestion.

When I do 3v3 I just tell the third guy: "Bro! I ain't taking care of you, just survive..".
No, I don't do 3v3 atm, and if I did, I would add mouseclick as my target-third-player-button.

what would u suggest?
i thought mousewheel up, down and middle mouse for all 3 arena party members
my ''z'' ''x'' ''c'' are already binded and my ''a'' ''s'' ''d'' are binded too, with ''s'' being the stopcasting one.

Just because it doesnt work for you doesnt mean its bad. It works fine if you dont have a super sensitive mousewheel (which most mouses dont)
Bind things in a way that's comfortable. There's nothing that says you absolutely "must have" the mousewheel bound at all if you don't want to. There are other ways to reach the same speed. One example being an NA feral I read about several years ago, who used to go to every blizzcon, and everyone would always be surprised at how he kept getting gladiator (this was a very long time ago) despite not even having a mouse.
He was playing on his laptop, without a mouse, and always had been, and despite all that he was still a multiglad feral.
Just do what you're the most comfortable with, and focus more on tactics, positioning, spontaneous decision-making etc.
But you seem to like the mousewheel, so w/e, but the point is that you don't need to have an extreme amount of keybinds if you don't want to. It's all about reaching a certain speed on ability/item usage, but that can be accomplished in different ways depending on what your brain and body is the most comfortable with.

OFFENSIVE SPELLS
#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift,@arena1][mod:ctrl,@arena2][mod:alt,@arena3][@mouseover,harm,nodead][]
HEALING SPELLS
#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift,@party1][mod:ctrl,@party2][mod:alt,@party3][@mouseover,help,nodead][@player]
top 1 for killing enemies bottom one for saving allies
just shift click the spells out of spell book on to end of macros
extra benefit to these is they work for bgs and arenas hence the mouse over bit
enjoy
