Mousewheel up: target my partner.
Mousewheel down: target myself.
Mouseovercast for repentance.
These three macros have made my arena experience much more fluid, as I no longer have to switch between me and my mate by clicking.
Try it!
Generally this is to prefer. The targeting macros can take some time getting used to.
The next step would be to not use a mouseover repentance, and instead run
/cast [@arena1] Repentance
That is, the Classic arena1,2,3 macros.
I myself run mwup and down for party 1 and 2, and a thumb button for target self.
Then for the arena 1,2,3 I have no modifier, shift, and ctl for the same button.
So for example 2 would be repentance arena1, shift+2 would be arena2 and ctrl+2 would be arena 3. No need to use the mouse at all for targeting, which saves even more time. Buuut it takes a few games to get used to.
/cast [@arena1, nomod, exists, nodead] Repentance
/cast [@arena2, mod:shift, exists, nodead] Repentance
/cast [@arena3, mod:ctrl, exists, nodead] Repentance
Similarily I highly recommend, in your case, to run shift mousewheel up and shift mousewheel down for dispel party 1 and dispel self.
/cast [@party1] Cleanse
I will probably run the same for Blessing of Protection for example, maybe at alt+mousewheel up/down and fast buttons for blessing of Sacrifice as well, whenever my paladin is maxlevel.
