Having to redownload my games. Please help!

Hi folks, I’m wondering if anyone could help me.

It appears that I have to re-download my games, Cataclysm Classic and Retail WoW, in all their entirety for no apparent reason. I have not uninstalled them or carried out any repairs, but I am having to download all 15GB of Cataclysm Classic and >90GB of normal WoW (this issue only started from today) and I will not have space to do so because apparently much of my storage data is still occupied from games I never uninstalled. I don’t know what to do. I do not have the storage space to download my games all over again, and my download speed is horrendously low (1.2-2.0MB/s). I had 26-27GB of storage left prior to today and was able to play both games just fine. How do I play my games normally again?

If the button says “Install” look below for the text “Locate the game” and click on that

It didn’t say Install but rather presented itself as an ‘update’, for both versions. I just thought it was another short update, until it started downloading and I saw how much there was left to download. I did look in the options → show in explorer and it showed that the games were there so I really do not understand what’s going on.

If anyone could help, please do. I would really appreciate it.
