Hello fellow Demon hunters.
So i am bo no means any pvp god i am more like a casual player mostly raiding.
But that said i enjoy doing some duels outside orgrimmar from time to time but i almost always lose with my Demon hunter i die so quickly even if i use blur and darkness.
Can anyone give me some pointers on how to beat hunters, rogues, mages etc?
what spec should i be rolling and how should i play?
// Regards
Should always play Demonic, Rain from Above and Soul Rending.
Demonic Origins isnt really needed because most duels wont last 2 Minutes as a DH so you're free to pick Cover of Darkness too.
I'd make sure to get full use of every Eye Beam since it deals a lot of damage and with Blind Fury also gains you full fury aswell.
Apart from that, First Blood is best choice too because you can just tank through a lot of hits with Blade Dance as your main damage spell.
BM should be easy to kill since you can just purge Spirit Mend, MM is not getting played apart from me what it feels like and SVs dont want to fight in melee range most of the time so this is in your favor too.
Against melees and especially Rogues I would suggest taking Glimpse too, if you time it well you can Vengeful Retreat every stun and thus sit in Blur when they pop on you.
Make sure you play to your strengths, which is kiting away when they pop CDs while blasting them with Eye Beam, and then RfA'ing when they manage to catch up.

Immo Aura is really good since it gains you fury while in the air or while cc'ed, never was fond of Demon Blades because it makes the Spec a lot less interactive to play and reliant on proc luck, had enough times where I was in Meta but Demon Blades didnt want to proc enough for it to be of good use.
Vengeful Retreat only breaks slows/snares, what I ment with VR stuns is that if you time it well a Rogue will Kidney you mid-air after Vengeful and you have a free Blur Effect up during his stun if you picked the Honor Talent Glimpse.
I'd definitely always pick Blind Fury over Fel Blade but I am also a big fan of Eye Beam and Blind Fury, plus you dont have too hard times connecting even with a Mage as a DH.

With Vengeful Retreat slowing the enemy into a instant Eye Beam for example.
Or just during a Fel Eruption / Chaos Nova stun if you specced for the Slow.
