Apparently, all off Havoc’s damaging abilities are getting a flat 5% buff.
Not massive… but a step in the right direction.

Really? thats at least something… we take everything we can atm.

Yeah let’s hope they test and tune as needed I think we will need that number to increase by another 5% but anyway it’s a step in the right direction
