Looks balanced to Ion.
So, position number is big, 16. But dps number so close to shadow priest tho. You’re like in the middle of the pack, like most of classes.
Nothing to compare with frost mage for example.
Frost mage has another spec to choose from though we do not.

So DHs are almost balanced.

I would say DH needs buff in total because you only have 2 talents trees and those others specs at the bottom of list are still atleast PVP usable where havoc is also in trouble

Testonek your respons to me when i brought this exact same thing but for ret paladins in bfa.
You are being used in the raid by the top guilds that is good enough.
Also in the 75th percentile the normal one to look at ret paladin is below havoc dh as of 07:46 on both 2weeks and 1week.
And putting it at 95th percentile the difference between ret and havoc is 0.63dps.
So depending on what % you put it on there is 1 class that only has 1dps spec below havoc and that is retribution.
It is not by any real margin but the claim that havoc is the lowest dps spec like that is wrong even the graph in the article has 3 specs on the same number and you can not see the actual dps numbers there.
