What build and legendarie is the best for Havoc pve?
Collective anguish with momentum demon blade build or Darklare boon with blind fury demonic build?
The best havoc player I know uses Chaos Theory and 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, ?, 1.
I’m using BW legendary with eather blind fury build or felblade build depending on my mood.
For mythic +
My main content is M+ and for that, Fallen comrade’s blindfold easily wins. The FelDev from that 2nd DH will also heal you, so it is a great source of DPS+healing and is satisfying to watch as you annihilate everything in 2 secs. 
CA with demonic and CoH is most optimal for all content imo, Ive tested burning wounds, chaos theory but I like CA the most. Sometimes i switch to felblade/db build with CT but its only for single target raid fights or tyranical (not always).
Burning Wounds here with Eyebeam build here. I dont care about m+
Darkglare medallion (not really), pray on RNG!
DGB with Blind Fury/CoH/Demonic is really nice for any pve content and going bzzz, cs, cs, bzzz, cs, cs, bzzz also synergizes well with demon blades if you like that more than demons bite.
1 1 2 1 1 1 1 with DGB or CA for higher keys is generally the best
CA -> PvP,PvE ;
CT -> PvP ;
DH -> PvP ( but only against Rogue+Mage or double dps with retri in it ) ;
You dont need anything else but this, good luck 
I personally sim better in aoe situation with BW than CA but the difference between them isnt much. Always sim yourself and play which feels better for you 
I also do more dps with BW than CA
Got to make Darkglare Medallion this week. So satisfying to use, compared to the micromanagement of Burning Wounds.

I am the best havoc player I know and I use darkest hour because that legendary couldn’t be anymore true for DH’s this expansion.

I s anyone having issues getting Darkgalre medallion to drop run the place a bunch of times from normal to mythic+ and no drop
