Lets give this a try. Been snooping around wow progress but without luck.
Im a 427 (with bentic)/429 without/60 neck havoc that likes to tank m+ (tho i insist you sign a Gazlow made non disclosure - at your own risk contract) and im looking for a semi casual, fun, laughter, jokes, seriousness after pull timer dings 3, no blaming, flaming, we are all adults (im 36), guild that raids 2 days per week from 22:00 onwards and strives to clear HC and go as far as mythic as it can. Also if theres a 22:00 onwards 3 days raiding guild but has a 3rd day “free pass” as in: “you dont always have to be there for 3rd day” that would also work.
Im somewhat decent player that likes to write in gchat, not worst, not best, can die in really funny ways, but always on time, raid ready with my own flask food pots with fatboss guide as backup. I am not interested in competing on orange logs, im interested in downing bosses, preferably out of gray area 
Also, since im late 3 weeks into raid, im late with essences, but coming next week ill have rank 3 of important ones. also 8/8HC and 1/8M
