I’m not sure people know about this but on DF beta, atm Havoc DHs lost Mortal Dance and First of the Illidari. If it’s not just a bug or down for testing or w/e, DHs are unironically doa.
They are coming after your elemental blast as well.
And I welcome them ! As long as it’s not a flat 25%, I have nothing to complain about.
During Beta, devs said that had removed a -35% on our spenders (ele blast, lightning bolt, chain lightning), they can do a rollback. Maybe not on chain lightning.
I like it more when it’s fair, to be honest.
